RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. You have 14 days to determine whether an item is right for you. After 14 days, you can contact us to return an item.
2. The following items are not eligible for exchange, refund, or return: Clearance Items, Accessories, Customized Items, and Flash Sale Items.
3. All original tags must be attached and the item must be returned undamaged, unwashed, and unworn. Items that have been worn, harmed, cleaned, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
4. Free gifts and items with non-returnable markings are not returnable.
5. Items sent back without the appropriate returns requests are not accepted.
6. Before sending out your returns, please make sure they are correct.
7. Returns of non-Wedtrend merchandise are not covered by us.
8. Because every item—including those in standard size—is made to order, we are unable to accommodate orders for "buy many, keep one." An order that appears to have been placed with that purpose may be canceled by our customer service representatives.
9. If an item is returned and it is lost, damaged, or the package is inspected by customs, we are not responsible for it. The customer is responsible for paying the customs clearance fee.
